Abstract: Logistics is the historical category. By the productivity developing, it becomes the jumbled serve system based on axes of the goods moving from the only goods moving. This paper analyzes the power or qualifications of logistics develop and the structure of logistics system, points out that to develop logistics we should choice the correct way by own situation character of the logistics, instead of blindly copy the model of modern logistics, because China is with a vast territory and unbalance of economy. To put on the logistics develop, we must correctly deal with the relations of each part, which make up of logistics system.
