Densification of Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 通过Superpave旋转压实仪SGC, 可以获知室内压实试件在压实过程中高度的精确变化, 进而得到室内试件的整个密实过程。SGC密实曲线提供了混合料密实过程的内在特性, 这一信息与室外交通荷载对混合料的密实具有同样的价值。分析了Superpave旋转压实仪SGC有关密实曲线斜率, 并对密实能量指数能否反映混合料的压实性能提出质疑Abstract: With the help of Superpave Gyratory Compactor, the data about the accurate change of asphalt mixture in height during the compaction in the lab, and the densification curve of test are derived. The curve can provide the inherent characteristics.The information has the same value as the densification characteristics under the traffic loads. The results indicated from the densification curves are analyzed, and whether the densification energy index can reflect the mixture's densification is questioned.
