Generalized planning system of provincial expressway network based on traflic engineering

摘要: 现代化高速公路的一个主要标志就是具有科学先进的交通工程设施系统, 而高速公路网交通工程总体规划是交通工程设施系统科学合理建设实施的重要保障。在总结和分析了一些省已完成省域高速公路网交通工程总体规划报告的基础上, 提出完善高速公路网交通工程总体规划的一些内容和方法, 对省域高速公路网交通工程总体规划的主要内容即路网分析、管理体制、收费系统、监控通信系统、紧急救援系统、配电照明系统、安全设施、服务区及养护工区、环境保护、沿线产业带、系统评价等进行了研究Abstract: Modern expressway must possess scientific and advanced engineering facilities system, so the generalized planning of expressway network based on traffic engineering plays an important role in constructing engineering facilities system.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing generalized planning reports of some provincial expressway network in China, some creationary planning contents and methods are proposed.Its main contents, including expressway network analysis, management system, toll system, surveillance, control and communication system, emergency rescue system, power distribution and lighting system, safety installations system, service area and maintenance division, environmental protection, industrial belt along the expressway line, system evaluation, are examined.
