Enveloped surface method in interference detection between opening and closing mechanism of lids of high speed train

摘要: 干涉检验是高速列车端盖开闭机构设计过程中需要解决的一个重要问题。传统的干涉检验方法费时、费工, 不能适应设计要求。因此, 提出了一种用包络面来代替运动参检体进行干涉检验的方法。将端盖开闭机构看成一个平面四杆机构, 应用单参数曲面族的包络面理论和机械原理的相关理论计算和分析该四杆机构, 给出了端盖运动包络面的数学模型。该方法几何直观性强、计算量小、效率高、易于通过计算机实现分析计算, 有利于端盖开闭机构CAD/CAM软件的开发Abstract: How to check collision must be solved in the design of the opening and closing mechanism of the lids of high speed train. Traditional interference detection way is quite tedious and time-consuming, so it is not suitable for the design requirements. Therefore, a method of interference detection was presented by using envelopes surface to replace the moving part. The opening and closing mechanism of the lids is looked as a plane four bar linkage. Based on the theory of envelopes for 1-parameter family of surfaces to analyze this plane four bar linkage, the mathematical modeling of enveloped surface of the lids was deduced accurately. This method is intuitive in geometry, less digital computation needed and easily programming using computer, so it is favorable for building the CAD/CAM software of the opening and closing mechanism of the lids.
