摘要: 错位交叉口是一种特殊的平面交叉口, 要最大限度地利用现有的资源, 实现城市错位交叉口交通信号的合理控制, 必须根据错位交叉口的地理位置、交通环境和交通流结构等进行综合治理。在以已运行7年的西安市南二环中段错位交叉口为例, 对城市主干道错位交叉口的交通量、平均通行车速和行车延误等通行特性进行了调查分析基础上, 针对城市错位交叉口存在的干道车辆延误大、停驶率高、交叉口通行能力低等问题, 从交通信号控制系统、交通管理、标志标线的设置等方面进行了初步研究Abstract: The offset intersection is a special type of intersection. Making full use of the existing resource and realizing the reasonable signal control of the offset intersection could be achieved through comprehensive management in the light of the geographical situation, the traffic environment and the structure of traffic flow. Taking the offset intersection on Southern Middle Section of Xi'an city Second Circular Road, which has been running for 7 years, for example, these traffic characteristics of the offset intersection, such as traffic volume, average vehicle speed and operational delay, are investigated and analyzed. Against such problems as severe delay, high parking rate on arterial roads and low capacity on the offset intersection, the preliminary study is carried out according to traffic signal control system, traffic management, configuration of traffic sign and marking.
