摘要: 针对中国航空公司维修成本管理的现状, 以民用航空发动机为对象, 研究其维修成本的分析、评估和管理等问题。从维修成本的组成要素和发动机的结构特征出发, 给出了发动机维修成本的分类以及民用航空发动机维修成本单元的划分, 提出了发动机维修成本估算的基本方法、流程和影响发动机维修成本的基本参数, 从航材管理、设备管理、工时管理以及维修工程管理等方面, 提出了维修成本管理的基本方案和措施。研究成果对降低航空运营成本, 提高维修成本的管理水平具有一定的实际意义和工程参考价值Abstract: There exist universality of high cost and low benefit in Chinese civil aviation, their flying cost and maintenance cost are much higher than that in foreign aviation, a very important reason is lack of the sciencific and effective management and control for the maintenance cost.The analysis and evaluation for management of aero-engine maintenance cost were studied according to the situation of Chinese civil aviation.The new classification method of maintenance cost, basic influence parameters, general evaluation methods and program of maintenance cost were presented.Some schemes on aero-engine maintenance cost management method and measurement were put forword.The research will provide guide for reducing operating cost and improving the management level of maintenance cost.
