摘要: 借鉴两个美国标准提出了列车端部吸能区和中部载人区的评价指标, 采用数值模拟方法, 对25型车体与刚性墙进行了撞击计算。结果表明, 耐冲击车体在吸收规定的5MJ的塑性变形能的情况下, 仅车体的端部发生了塑性变形, 车体的中间部位仅发生弹性小变形; 塑性变形位移量较改进前有较大提高, 且撞击力明显减小, 加速度指标明显改善。Abstract: Evaluation system of end and middle part of car was established according to the American criterions. Using numerical simulation method, the deformation of 25 type original passenger car crashed with rigid wall was calculated. The results show that the crashworthy car's end part has plastic deformation, middle part has small elastic deformation, the displacement of plastic deformation is larger than the former, and crash force is smaller, the criterion of acceleration is improved obviously.
