摘要: 以地面等待和终端区排序方法相结合作为核心策略, 设计了基于多元受限模型的流量管理决策支持系统。应用结果表明, 该策略减小了飞机延误, 使交通流量更趋于流畅, 且航班时刻的合理性对本策略的实施效果也有较大影响, 在优化后的航班时刻基础上再来执行本策略效果更好。Abstract: This paper analyzed the ground holding method and terminal sequencing method, put forward the core strategy of the system. It was pointed that the delay time is greatly decreased, the traffic flow becomes more fluent after executing the strategy, and the rationality of scheduled flight timetable has great influence on the effect of the strategy. It is better to execute the strategy on the basis of optimized scheduled flight timetable.
