摘要

摘要: 根据虚拟物流组织构建过程中需要考虑的主要因素, 采用IDEF0建模方法分析了虚拟物流组织构建过程, 给出了相应过程的使用工具和解决方法。阐述了虚拟物流组织构建过程中目标确定、初步构建、组织结构与运行模式确定和运行反馈与组织解体四个阶段, 并对每个阶段应用过程流程图方法进行了过程描述, 指出了虚拟物流组织构建过程中需要解决的主要问题。

Abstract: According to the key factors that should be considered in the organization design process of virtual logistics, this paper developed the organization design process of virtual logistics by IDEF0, gave some tools and methods in relevant processing phase, explained goal establishment, preliminary design, establishment of organization structure, running mode, running feedback and disorganization of the design process, described the process of each phase by using process flow chart method. Some key problems that should be solved in the design process were described.
