Dynamic simulation model of automobile compressed air brake system based on bond graph theory

摘要: 应用键图理论, 研究了汽车制动系统键图模拟的动态仿真过程, 建立了双腔制动阀、管路、气室、紧急继动阀、半挂汽车的键图模型。与传统动力学分析方法对比分析表明, 键图模型变量少, 模型直观, 元件增减方便, 能有效描述汽车气压制动系统各元件制动力的传递关系与控制信号的流向及因果关系, 真实反映汽车的制动特性, 为制动系统的动态仿真及控制研究提供了理论基础。Abstract: Based on analysing bond graph theory and the braking properties of automobile compressed air brake system, the bond graph models of two-barrel brake valve, brake diaphragm chamber, emergence relay valve and gas flow in pipe were set up.The comparison analysis of the models and traditional models of automobile brake system shows that their variables are fewer, they are known easily, some components are added and decreased to the models easily, which are useful to the dynamic simulation and control of the brake system.
