摘要: 为了在保障行车安全的前提下, 提高远引掉头交通运行效率, 分析了远引掉头措施的适用条件, 定义了典型应用环境, 提出了借鉴国外相关规范以及结合临近路口配时设计的远引掉头选址规划优化方法, 并将规划方法放入典型应用环境中, 采用微观仿真软件进行评价。仿真结果表明: 两种选址规划方法下的远引掉头措施都优于直接左转, 其中规范法使平均延误减少了约3.8 s, 结合配时设计的方法使平均延误减少了约6.8 s。可见, 在遵循规范的基础上, 对临近路口配时进行优化, 既保证了行车安全性, 又能显著提高交通运行效率。Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of u-turn followed by rlght-turn based on ensuring the running safety of vehicles, its application conditions were analyzed, its typical application environment was difined, and two theoretical planning methods were put forward based on referring to overseas correlative specification and intersectional signal timing design method respectively. In typical application environment, the methods were evaluated by using microsimulation software. Simulation result shows that compared with left-turn, the average delays of u-turn reduce by 3.8 and 6.8 s respectively. Obviously, optimizing intersectional signal timing based on referring to correlative specification can ensure traffic safety and improve traffic efficiency.
