Application of GIS and multiple attribute decision theory in highway runway locating

  • 摘要: 通过对影响公路飞机跑道建设、使用和保障3个方面因素进行分析, 得到了公路机场跑道选址评价指标体系。运用公路网地理信息系统的信息管理与空间分析功能, 获取了若干可行待选方案的样本集, 构建了多属性决策模型, 根据最优化理论确定各属性要素的权重值, 进而确定各备选方案考核目标值及最优方案, 最后以某公路飞机跑道选址为例进行了实例验证。分析结果表明: 4个备选方案的考核目标值依次为0.0226、0.0843、0.0158、0.0229, 比较得出最佳方案为方案3, 符合实际, 因此, 该选址方法有效。
