Calculation model of speed-limit value for traffic accident scene section on freeway

  • 摘要: 根据驾驶人在动视力和视野范围内的信息处理能力, 建立了高速公路交通事故现场路段限速值计算模型。根据道路与环境、交通流、交通管理、驾驶人与其他人员以及天气等事故现场信息, 运用人机工程学原理, 将各类信息的出现概率进行量化处理, 并由事故现场基本信息特征计算得到典型高速公路交通事故现场的限速值。计算结果表明: 双向四车道高速公路单车道封闭现场路段限速值为70 km·h-1; 双向六车道高速公路单车道、双车道封闭现场路段限速值分别为806、0 km·h-1; 双向八车道高速公路单车道、双车道、三车道封闭现场路段限速值分别为80、706、0 km·h-1
