  • The difficult position and reasons which Chinese traditional logistics faced are analyzed. It is pointed out that improving sevice and tapping market potential are the most essential way for logistics to extricate itself from difficult position.The scale of potential demand, the reasons why the demand has not entered into market, the objective market of TPL and the service content of the demand are discussed. According to a investigation, the fundamental tactics for TPL enterprises are presented.
