    Abstract
  • The concepts of system simulation, computer simulation and traffic simulation are presented, and the development process and trend of road traffic simulation research in other countries are also introduced, as well as the existing research status in China.Furthermore, the significance of the road traffic simulation research is analyzed and the conceived research plan is put forward.
