The Type Selection for Container Stack Gantry Crane in Waterway Port in West of China

Based on the technology and economy, this paper makes a discussion on the type selection for container stack gantry crane in waterway port in West of China. Besides the brief introduction to the construction of this kind of crane, it gives about 40 kinds of technical parameters for the rubber tired container stack gantry cranes in the world and analyzes the rule for the selection of these technical parameters, makes a decision on the type selection for this kind of crane in order to be useful for the development of container transportation in West of China.
