    Abstract
  • This paper puts forward the concept of generalized I curve of the braking forces distribution between the front and rear of automobile equipped with retarder, and educes the computation equations of synchronized coefficient of road adhesion. The paper also establishes the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method of the braking forces matching up to the generalized I curve for automobile equipped with retarder. From the point of braking stability, evaluation of braking forces match of retarder can be inferred.
