  • Based on the calculation of transport cost and operation variable cost, the model was developed. The solution of this model can be got through two steps. The linear function can be resolved by table-working; the nolinear function can be soluted by elicitation algorithm. With this model, the logistics distribution center allocation will be decided scientifically. This method was compared with other ones, the comparison results show that this method is more reasonable than other's.
