This paper analysed abstract writing criterion and demands of internal-overseas famous index systems. By the means of comparison and analogism, it is concluded that canonical abstract includes specific object, method, result and conclusion; its sentences must be accurate and exact; constructure must be precise, and logic must be strong. The analysis results show that standardized abstract can increase the received opportunity of science and technology paper by internal-overseas famous index system.
