  • Evaluation system of end and middle part of car was established according to the American criterions. Using numerical simulation method, the deformation of 25 type original passenger car crashed with rigid wall was calculated. The results show that the crashworthy car's end part has plastic deformation, middle part has small elastic deformation, the displacement of plastic deformation is larger than the former, and crash force is smaller, the criterion of acceleration is improved obviously.
