  • Traffic volume forecasting at road interchange is a key part of road interchange designing and planning. According to the characteristics of traffic flow at interchange and the volume planning at road network, this paper put forward a new traffic volume forecasting model. The traffic turning volume from entrance to exit could be forecasted, and the calculation of the correlative parameters was discussed with the model. The forecasting model was tested by an example. The result shows that this model is feasible.
