    Abstract
  • Based on analyzing the recognition methods, the reasons and improvement means of highway black spots, this paper offered the quality control method for the recognition of highway accidents, the experience-discrimination index method for the recognition of black spots, and the method for ordering the improvement priority of black spots, systematically addressed the details of these methods. Application results show that these methods are feasible, and the improvement is considerable.
