  • This paper analyzed the ground holding method and terminal sequencing method, put forward the core strategy of the system. It was pointed that the delay time is greatly decreased, the traffic flow becomes more fluent after executing the strategy, and the rationality of scheduled flight timetable has great influence on the effect of the strategy. It is better to execute the strategy on the basis of optimized scheduled flight timetable.
