Self-judgment and predigested decision-making method of urban parking facilities planning

Using similar coefficient method in fuzzy clustering analysis, six evaluation indices were confined to appraise urban parking facilities planning, how to calculate the indices was given, fuzzy relative evaluation means was applied to express the indices, which are difficult to fix quantify directly. According to measurement units from 1 to 9, analytical hierarchy process method was adopted to count the weight values of six indices. The original data of the evaluation indices were disposed in term of standardization. Thus self-judgment and predigested decision-making model was set up by integrative adding weight. Applied results show that this method can reflect real demand.
