  • In order to raise the accurateness of evaluation and decision making, discrease evaluation information loss, this paper put forward a matter element method to compute the related degrees of every scheme matter element with ideal matter element and negative ideal matter element. According to the related degrees, the preference matter, which is the optimization matter element, could be calculated, so the most optimization plan could be determined.
