Abstract

Abstract

According to the key factors that should be considered in the organization design process of virtual logistics, this paper developed the organization design process of virtual logistics by IDEF0, gave some tools and methods in relevant processing phase, explained goal establishment, preliminary design, establishment of organization structure, running mode, running feedback and disorganization of the design process, described the process of each phase by using process flow chart method. Some key problems that should be solved in the design process were described.
