  • There are not perfect theory system and mature technological methods in China for environmental analysis in highway network planning.Based on sustained development thought, the technological methods of environmental analysis in highway network planning were analyzed to explore the theories and methods of environmental evaluation, the environmental characteristics of ecological effect industries were studied. From the macro angles of resoure, ecology and environmental bearing capacity, the analysis principles of sensitive problems in environmental evaluation, the analysis indices of environmental effect evaluation and the evaluation methods of environmental reason in highway network planning were pointed out to give technological references for environmental evaluation.
