  • The influences of construction controlling factors, such as forming methods, maintenance modes and environmental conditions, on the road performances of polymer cement concrete(PCC)were studied by laboratory experiment and real measure, and the effect mechanisms of different maintenance modes on the performances of PCC were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Analysis result shows that to acquire the best mechanical property, the special mixing technology and longer vibrating time are necessary; the more polymer content is, the less the standard maintenance days are, which results from the variety of PCC film's integrity with different polymer contents and maintenance modes, so that it provides corresponding different water-held capabilities and flexural strength effects; when environmental temperature or wind speed is higher, the fluidness of PCC reduces and pavement is easy to crack after hardening.
