  • 摘要: 将影响因素分为非强制性满足定性因素、强制性满足定性因素和定量因素, 构建了铁路客运站选址模型。给出3类影响因素产生方法和过程, 引入贡献值降低可能由定性因素引起的争议和分歧, 通过改变综合贡献预设值大小, 产生受非强制性满足定性因素和强制性满足定性因素约束的备选地点集合, 建立由定量因素决定的目标函数, 在所有约束下形成选址0-1规划模型。通过算例说明了模型具体应用过程, 并给出相关参数后进行了求解。分析结果表明: 既有站备选地点建设成本分别为另外2个备选地点建设成本的60%和75%, 故成为推荐候选地点, 可见, 建设成本是影响铁路客运站选址的重要因素。
