    Abstract
  • In the regional highway network planning, comparison between planning schemes and economic appraisal is a very important part. The competitive or complementary relationships always exist among different construction projects and result in the beneficial changes of the planning scheme. The reasons why different kinds of relationship occur are researched.The main applications and the basic analysis methods of the relationship of highway construction projects are introduced.
