  • This paper studied the methods of determining threshold values of traffic impact range, set up a new model that the decreasing of service level of signal intersection surrounding projects by one grade was regarded as the threshold value to determine traffic impact range. Applied results show that the traffic impact range can meet the demand of traffic impact analysis and save resource farthest, which indicates that the method is simple and effective.
