    Abstract
  • In order to ensure the sustainable development of urban rail transit in China, the construction experiences of international urban rail transit were summarized, their financing structures and operation modes were studied.Taking Shenyang City as an example, the potential problems, financing and operation strategies in the development of urban rail transit in China were analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.Analysis result shows that the construction modes of urban rail transit can be divided into three stages, the modes of most cities in China are in the first stage, it is valuable to learn international existing experiences to exploit their advantages.The government should dominate in the development of local urban rail construction, it should be opened gradually to social capital to support the further development of rail construction and achieve an efficient and economical development mode.2 tabs, 11 refs.
