Abstract

Abstract

From the point of system engineering, the affecting factors and their important degrees of beginning voyage in heavy weather were studied, the system of assessment indices and assessment model were built by AHP (analytical hierarchy progress). The safety evaluation of beginning voyage was developed by using comprehensive assessment theory. Applied results indicate that the evaluation method can provide scientific quality indices of safety.
